Ai ka mbaruar studimet n\u00eb Univesitetin Teknik t\u00eb Berlinit n\u00eb nivelin Master (Master of Science) si Inxhinier i Industris\u00eb dhe Menaxhment n\u00eb fushat Energji dhe Resurse.<\/p><p>Z. Kamberi \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciator dhe bashkthemelues i Organizat\u00ebs t\u00eb Student\u00ebve dhe Alumni Shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Berlin (OASA e.V.), ku mban aktualisht pozit\u00ebn e n\u00ebnkryetarit. OASA nga viti 2014 vazhdimisht organizon aktivitete p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar shk\u00ebmbimin nd\u00ebrkulturor gjermano-shqiptar\u00eb, arsimin e lart\u00eb dhe rrjet\u00ebzimin e student\u00ebve dhe alumni shqiptar\u00eb nga sfera shqiptare (nga AL, MV dhe KS), kryesisht n\u00eb Berlin t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb. K\u00ebrkesa kryesore nga OASA ndaj\u00eb politik\u00ebs dhe misioneve diplomatike nga Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb Gjermani ishin ngritja e &#8220;Qendrave t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Inovacionit&#8221; n\u00eb metropolet evropiane.<\/p><p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera z.
