Ajo mban nj\u00eb Master n\u00eb Psikologji dhe K\u00ebshillim Shkollor n\u00eb Universitetin e Prishtin\u00ebs &#8211; Fakulteti Filozofik.<\/p><p>Bejtullahu ishte e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb programet q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin sistemet e arsimit dhe inovacionit brenda t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 24 komuna t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duke shnd\u00ebrruar idet\u00eb me dizajnin social n\u00eb projekte konkrete.<\/p><p>Bejtullahu \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu aktive n\u00eb grupe t\u00eb ndryshme aktivist\u00ebsh q\u00eb avokojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut si\u00e7 jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e grave dhe grupe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb cenueshme. Bejtullahu \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkuar me Ekipin Germin si Drejtor Programi n\u00eb N\u00ebntor 2019. N\u00eb rolin e saj, ajo nxit nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb ekip dhe siguron q\u00eb strategjia t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet qart\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa mbik\u00ebqyr performanc\u00ebn dhe ruan moralin e ekipit.
