She was born in Prizren and lives in Berlin, Germany, and studies at Humboldt State University. Mrs. Jaha, the founder of \"Marrja Zez\u00eb\" which is a movement for freedom of being, initiated by the Albanian-speaking diaspora in Berlin, based on the aim of breaking the power of shame in the Albanian diaspora, the Balkans and the world through storytelling, art and performance in a way to create a secure space and network for exchange to provide impetus for community healing, reconciliation and creative recreation.
