She completed her studies in Italian Language and Literature at the University of Tirana, as well as in Italian Culture and Literature in Siena, Italy.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a literary translator, she has translated in Albanian over thirty literary works by important authors of Italian literature. As a writer she is the author of four volumes in prose: \"Koha e er\u00ebs\", 2004, \"Vend\/imi\", 2007, \"Histori pa emra\", 2008, \"Bijat e gjeneralit\", 2019, and author of the first monographic study on the creativity of Isuf Luzaj: \"Esenca dhe ekzistenca e Isuf Luzajt\", 2010.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winner of several national and international awards such as: \"Ernest Koliqi\" Award for best story, 2004, Grand Career Award for Foreign Translator in 2014<\/span><b>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0given by the Italian Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities, Translator Award of Year 2018, given by the Cult Academy, Albania, etc.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2015 she held the position of Advisor to the Minister of Culture on book issues, and for four years she headed the Directorate of Speech Creativity and Translation at the Ministry of Culture of Albania.
