His PhD explored the strategic impact of diaspora networks, diaspora philanthropy, and diaspora politics on US foreign policy on the road towards peace. He was a visiting fellow at UNU-MERIT and is an advisor at The Networking Institute.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has trained, spoken, and written on diaspora engagement for a range of public and private sector clients across Africa, the Balkans, Caribbean, Central Asia, Central and Latin America, Europe, Middle East, United Kingdom and the United States. He has authored several research, policy, and strategy documents on diaspora engagement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His passion and vision is to help establish Ireland as the global leader in diaspora engagement along with supporting the next generation of diaspora leaders globally on their journey.
