Fabiola started her career as a project manager at Ministry of Infrastructure. Later she spent more than 12 years at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tirana Municipality and Tirana Chamber of Commerce. She is also an official EBRD consultant for SMEs and National Expert form Albanian Small Business Acts (SBA) by the PricewaterhouseCoopers &quot;PwC&quot; Luxembourg and &quot;EASME\u201d- EU.<\/p><p>Since the early years she has shown a specific interest in the business management &amp; entrepreneurship. Fabiola holds an MBA from the University of Tirana and MA at the Mediterranean Academy of Malta. She furthered her academic achievements by taking on the position of Assistant Professor of Business Communication &amp; Entrepreneurship at the Management and Communication Department for SME&#039;s at Economic Faculty of Tirana.<\/p><p>Fabiola is Founder and CEO of Innovation Investment Fund \u201cINNVEST\u201d as an Impact for Growth in Western Balkan Region). INNVEST is a private entity that combines innovative research while bringing investors and new business ideas together for pressing economic challenges. Her professional achievements also range from more than 10 years experienced in strategy development, coordination and guiding of multi-stakeholder processes and international bilateral and multilateral economic and investments cooperation, business negotiations &amp; trade development.
