Lulzim Syla is one of the founders, co-owner and Managing Partner in ELEN one of the largest companies of electrical engineering and renewable energy in Kosovo and the region. He also holds the role of managing manager at the ELEN office in Germany which operates as ELEN GmbH. Mr. Syla studied at the Faculty of Economics in the field of business management at the University of Prishtina and is certified for strategic management and business development in training centers and institutes abroad such as Austria, Sweden, Germany, etc. Mr. Syla has a long experience of employment and entrepreneurship since 2004, and recently he is one of the co-founders of the Cluster of Metal and Renewable Energy Companies (KIMERK) and the first Chairman of the Board of this organization . He was one of the first founding members of the German-Kosovo Chamber (OEGJK). Has helped Establish a network of diaspora businesses in Europe. In the field of publications and writings he has also collaborated with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Prishtina where he has published the works: "Germany as a strategic partner of Kosovo in the field of energy and energy efficiency" (2014) and "Energy - a practical approach to benefit of a sustainable economic development ”(2015) and various other media articles in the field of economic development and energy.
He was also the co-founder of Fornax (2006) which was one of the first companies in the region in the field of social media as a representative of Hotmail.com and Messenger.com
During his career he has been a participant and has actively supported the creation of many start-up businesses and development projects in Kosovo. Recently he has been engaged with the association "Germin" for the organization of the Conference "Diaspora speaks" and board member for two years.
