Erila Haska is a program manager at Partners Albania and covers the Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation program. She has more than 6 years experience in the non-profit sector and she has experience in designing and managing many projects with focus on research or development, in the field of entrepreneurship, corporate philanthropy, employment and youth empowerment. During her engagement there, she has trained young people, organizations and entrepreneurs as part of several non-formal education programs.

For more than 5 years, she is an associated professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana in the courses: Strategic Management and Managerial Decision Making. She also has participated in a number of international conferences and events and is a part of several regional and European networks. She has written a number of scientific articles and studies related to youth, entrepreneurship, fundraising by non-profit organizations. Erila has a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tirana.
