Daniela is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development's Growth Lab at Harvard University and a 2019 G20 Young Global Changer.

Previously, she was an analyst at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C. where she conducted research on macroeconomic policies, economic inequality and polarization, youth unemployment and structural reforms. Daniela was the recipient of an ASIANetwork Freeman Foundation fellowship to carry out field research on the socio-economic effects of urban relocation and demolition in China.

She is currently working on economic growth and diversification projects in Albania, Saudi Arabia and Colombia. Her fields of interest include macro and labor economics, migration, economic diversification, network science, and complexity.

Daniela holds a dual degree in Mathematical Economics and International Studies from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Master’s in International Economics and Relations from the Johns Hopkins University.
