Profession law graduate, currently director and owner of the company "4A shpk".
I started the business in 1994 where I founded the waterproofing company named "4A shpk", based in Gjakova. After the war we started with low and high constructions and I am the general distributor for Kosovo of some Italian companies.
From 2017 as a company we have started with the construction of the first facility with an area of about 8000m² which we have finalized for a year. Within 4 months we have been provided with a "Technical Acceptance" or "Use Permit" which enables buyers to have the possession sheets of the housing units they have, which is a basic problem perhaps in this area.
The second project with an area of almost 15,000m² has been completed for 14 months from the first working day until the delivery of the keys to the last resident and within 2 months it has been equipped with "Technical Acceptance".
The third project with an area of almost 20, 000m² which started in November last year with pandemic obstacles condition which is current and these days, is expected to be completed within 15 months. The next project is on road A which will start in 2021 with an area of approximately 30000m², for which the innovations can not be revealed now.
