Mrs. Gojani has been passionately involved in youth empowerment, gender empowerment promoting social tech activities and volunteerism for over ten years now. She is the program director of IPKO Foundation, a local NGO whose goal is to seed and support the development of the next generation.

Mrs. Gojani has finished bachelor studies at Rochester Institute of Technology (A.U.K ) majoring in Management and Public Policy and MBA Studies at Staffordshire University in partnership with Riinvest College in Kosovo. Apart from formal studies, Mrs. Gojani has completed several trainings in various fields such as: Project Management and Human Resource Management from A.U.K TDI in Kosovo, Design Thinking from LUMA Institute London, England, Youth Activism from European Union, etc. Mrs.Gojani was also selected from the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo to attend the Open World Leadership Program organized by the state department of the United States of America, in Washington D.C.

Together with her team, Mrs.Gojani is one of the initiators and main organizers of the annual Girls in ICT Day and International Girls Child Day. Both programs strive to empower and encourage young women to join the field of Information Communication and Technologies in the ever-growing and ever-changing job market.
