Lulzim Baumann has completed his bachelor studies in Agro-Environment and Ecology at the Agricultural University of Tirana. Furthermore, he completed a master's degree in Environmental Planning at the Technical University of Berlin where he also specialized in the field of Waste Management. His areas of expertise are: waste management in developing countries, river cleaning, environmental awareness, etc. He has lived for 4 years in the Diaspora (Germany) where he has been academically and professionally trained in collaboration with international environmental organizations, private companies and state agencies. After returning to Albania, he worked with environmental organizations and recently as a lecturer at the Agricultural University of Tirana as a Diaspora Expert with the GIZ Program "Migration and Diaspora" where he is engaged in teaching and student involvement in a practical study "River Cleaning of the Former of the Remnants ". He is the founder of the organization "ENFORCE: Engineers for Cooperation and Environment" where together with 33 other experts he is engaged in protecting and improving the environment in Albania.
