Çelik Nimani is a Partner and CEO of Frakton, a software company specializing in the creation and development of web and mobile device solutions for various businesses in the field of Health, Telecommunications, eCommerce, Data Mining, etc. He is also the co-founder of several start-up companies such as: Webeye, AstraHR, WHALT GmbH, Zombie Soup, etc.
Çeliku has over 14 years of experience in various roles and experiences, including leading and managing businesses, as well as establishing and growing them or launching new products. He was one of the first people to establish Innovation Center Kosovo - ICK, developing it from scratch to submission as a project for management by local staff, then organized start-up events and young entrepreneurs being the organizer of Startup Weekend , influencing over 300 people, where most of them today lead or are part of the most successful technology companies in Kosovo, has influenced and influenced many organizations and startups in the Balkan region, etc.
Holds a Bachelor's degree from the Technical Faculty of the University of Prishtina, while constantly attending online courses to expand knowledge from well-known platforms such as Udacity, Udemy, eDX, etc., as a result of what is a supporter of modern methods of education versus traditional ones. Among other things, for years he continues to be a mentor for various start-ups in Kosovo and the region and through ScaleupKS to voluntarily support the development of IT companies in Kosovo.
