Arlinda Çausholli is a journalist, publicist and communication strategist with more than 20 years of professional experience.
She is the Founder of "Fit For Future”, a Program of Communication and Development focused on improving communication skills of citizens since 2013, achieving a professional human attitude, personal development and leadership.
She is a youth mentor, presenter and a TEDx speaker in Italy and Kosovo.
She began her career in journalism in 1993, covering crucial developments of the transition period of Albania. She worked with Gazeta Shqiptare, Associated Press, Corriere della Sera and currently with Tirana International Airport.
Çausholli is a strategic communication adviser working for several projects supported by Swiss Government, USAID Programme and European Delegation in Albania.
She is a Graduate in Language and Literature and holder of a Master Degree in Communication Science as a Student of Excellence.
She has been nominated Ambassador of World Vision of Albania & Kosovo, helping to raise awareness of, and assisting, children with disabilities, particularly in remote areas of the country.
Arlinda Çausholli is author of the book The Yellow Boots, published by Toena Publishing House, a series of articles written on socio-historical phenomena and human issues.
In 2019, she was honored in 2019 with the prize “The Women who change Albania” for her commitment and dedication to society.
